96x96 Universal Controller
A single model is able to accept most industrial sensors and
signals and provides all output types required to control different processes.
All controller configurations can be achieved from the front panel without
performing any hardware change. The multi-purpose inputs 0-10v DC and 4-20ma DC
and Opto Digital Output or Relay Output (Optional) can be combined to provide
tremendous versatility with extremely high accuracy in the most demanding
applications.
48x96 Universal Indicator

Stenter Controller Digital Type
Stenter Controller is the device used to control VFD
frequency according to the potentiometer value shown in the LCD Display which
gives the output in Percentage. Potentiometer ranges from -50 to +50. Total 3
VFDs are controlled from this single instrument.
Boiler Controller
Boiler Controller is the device used to control frequency of
VFD installed on boiler by push buttons and master 0-10V input. Current value
is shown in the LCD Display. By pressing the push button user can adjust the maximum
output range of that particular channel. Total 3 VFD can be controlled from
this single instrument, Generally Range Based Control from Master 0-10v input
achieved for I.D. Fan, F.D. Fan, Rotary. For e.g. if first channel is set to
100, second channel is set to 60 and third channel is set to 40 then the
maximum output will be 10V, 6V and 4V for the respective output and output of
all channel depends on the master input of 0-10V. When input is 10V then output
of all channel will be maximum as set value when input will be 5V then all the
output will be 50% of set value and when input is 0V at that time all the
output will be 0V.
